The hotel was clean, and I really enjoyed an amazing location. The breakfast was traditional and very good at the Ryder grill, with nice food. The place had a family atmosphere.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this luxury hotel! The location was second to none and lived up to our expectations of a past Ryder Cup venue. The stunning grounds overlooking the 1st tee of the Brabazon course were beautiful, and it's easy to see why it's so popular with golfers. The staff here were exceptional, providing us with top-notch service. They were accommodating, friendly, and amazing with our little girl. The amenities offered here were fantastic, with everything we needed available, from room service to dry cleaning. The room itself was comfortable and clean, providing us with a cozy retreat after a long day. The on-site restaurant, Sam's, and the Bel Air in the evening were both highlights of our stay, offering great food and service.
In the morning, the staff at the restaurant for breakfast weren't as friendly as the rest of the staff. However, this minor issue did not overshadow our overall fantastic experience at this hotel.

Exceptionally clean rooms and honest staff members who thought this level of noise was normal and spoke to the manager. Warm English breakfast for vegetarians. Marvellous and impressive location to Biringham airport frm holiday at Four Seasons Cypress last minute booking, excellent facilities.

We stayed at a lovely location near Birmingham airport with stunning views of the grounds. The piano bar was a standout area with great drinks, and the cheap clubhouse was a great option as well. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was very tasty and filling. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the spa facilities and gym.
The changing rooms were not up to par and could use some improvement.

This place was famous in general with an accommodating staff team. The room was tidy with really nice touch, bath, for example and the location was handy. All in all a really nice stay, the venue met requirements.

The breakfast with poached eggs, mini fish, the bacon was nice hot, had so much to choose from. All the staff was decent, settled my issues.
As for me, the area was quite old.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel located not far from where I live. The hotel had a spacious lobby and a huge open bar area, which was great for socializing. The room I stayed in was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The staff were polite and efficient, and the service was top-notch. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and the chefs cooked the hot food right in front of you. The hotel also had a spa with a range of treatments available. I particularly enjoyed the leg treatment I had with Danielle, who was both professional and friendly. it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely consider staying there again.
The lighting in the room, which was quite low and made it difficult to apply makeup.

I had a delightful stay at The Belfry Hotel & Resort. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and special. Allison in the main reception area was always there with a warm greeting and knew exactly what I liked. The service at Sam's clubhouse during lunch was impeccable, with Cherrie, Shanta, and the rest of the team ensuring that we had a fantastic experience. The gym and spa facilities were well-maintained, and the classes were motivating, thanks to Rachel and Nicole. I had a memorable and enjoyable time at the hotel.
